Join us for our special Fondue Dinner series For just three nights this winter, we will be opening up Cherry Street Cheese & Provisions after hours for a special three-course chef's dinner. The menu will include our own signature 3 cheese fondue blend, perfectly cooked dry-aged filet, and luxurious chocolate fondue. Join our own Casey Beland, Certified Cheese Professional, for a Cheese 101 in our shop after hours. Whether you are cheese-curious or a cheese-aficionado, you will learn something in this fun (and tasty) interactive class. We will cover the basics of how cheese is made, different categories of cheeses and key regional differences, how to properly taste and store your cheese, and much more…not to mention trying lots of cheese!
