Can I make substitutions to any of the ingredients?
Currently, we cannot accommodate substitutions on our online ordering system. If you have custom requests, please just give our shop a call at 203-594-7447.

Do you offer catering / event set up?
Not currently. Our gourmet-to-go items can be picked up cold from our shop and warmed at home (if it is a warm dish). If you'd like us to warm them, please select that option at time of ordering.Â

How long are Gourmet-to-Go items fresh for?
Our Gourmet-to-Go items are good for up to 3 days in the fridge.Â

Can you ship?
Currently, we offer in-store pick up or local delivery (within a 15 mile radius). We can ship individual cheeses upon request if you call our shop, but we cannot ship boards or gourmet items (just yet!).Â
