20 - 30 day Dry Aged: $58/LB

60 - 80 day Dry Aged: $68/LB

This is a deposit only to reserve your butcher cut. The deposit will be taken off your final price at pick up.

Butcher cuts for Easter will be available for pick up April 18 & 19th.
